I used to respect their lordships having met one Lord Chief Justice in the olden days … those were the days! Real integrity and learning….

Where were the migrants going to go. Bridget Phillipson was on Breakfast this morning and asked if she would say what alternative venues will they use to house migrants.
She was asked five times by the presenter and evaded the question each time.

Lord Justice Bean who delivered the landmark ruling re The Bell Hotel, Epping has been reported to the judiciary amid claims of “apparent bias” over his links to left wing organisations.

Barrister Stephen Barrett spoke at length about this on TV a few days ago and it made sense that LJB has now been reported.
