More than 100,000 people in central London have joined a march organised by far-right activist Tommy Robinson

I ll say no more it’s devastating for this country

Time to wait for WWM to explain and return to the issues not making to personal to one GN poster. Stoneof Destiny it was reportable as far as I'm concerned but rather it stood.

mumofmadboys Tue 16-Sept-25 07:50:46

It is so scary when people are saying it's better to hate our fellow human beings rather than love them.

Galaxy Tue 16-Sept-25 07:46:10

You have got the wrong poster.

StripeyGran Tue 16-Sept-25 07:45:03

WWM2 has frequently and consistently stated the opposite than your list of statements in the 4 years I've known her in GN, StoneofDestiny. what brought these accusations on is utterly confuffling to me.

Perhaps just a typing error or something?

Easy to get carried away.

I'm still perplexed as to how someone who professes to be a humanist, wants a quiet life, even has Muslim friends (!) consistently starts nasty threads and believes that performance on Saturday was a fun family day out.

👏

As I keep trying gently to say there is some very unusual stuff going on, on GN at the moment.
I am sure Whitewave doesn't need or want my help but she categorically doesn't support Reform or Tommy Robinson.

StoneofDestiny - I agree.

nanna8 Tue 16-Sept-25 04:56:24

Here we are in a very dicey position as regards financial markets which will spell hardship for many retirees and pensioners. All this world stuff will of course be blamed on your current leaders if it comes to the UK. Dodgy situation all round.

StoneofDestiny Tue 16-Sept-25 04:52:31

Elon Musk, Tommy Robinson, Katie Hopkins..........and assorted hotel shouters and roundabout painters. Just what the country needs to create an amoral desert

StoneofDestiny Tue 16-Sept-25 04:46:17

Danny Kruger, like the other Tory defectors, is trying to keep his income stream. What a collection of failures Reform attracts.........

StoneofDestiny Tue 16-Sept-25 04:40:52

Utterly scary that so many people can think that waving a flag represents positive action in our community. Utterly embarrassing that anybody can find virtue in a bunch of people whose only proven contribution to our country is to shout at hotels, paint roundabouts, vandalise historic monuments and war memorials and follow hooligans who attack our police.
Wonder how many of these people do positive community service or volunteering to help those in need. How many of them can mention anything positive Farage has done for his constituency? How many of them know how Farage admires Andrew Tate and Donald Trump, and given half a chance, that Farage would be working with Trump in the USA rather than living in the UK? How many of them know their history and can see strong comparisons with the tactics used to get Hitler to power in Germany with the tactics we are seeing here in the UK used by Reform and Yaxley-Lennon?
How many of them actually understand they are debasing our national flags and the memory of those who fought and died to rid the world of Fascism?
Shame on them.

By all means support Tommy Robinson the ex-football hooligan.

By all means show your support for the anti-Muslim bigot.

By all means show your support for Islamaphobia

By all means show your support for white supremacists

By all means show your support for someone known as a violent school bully.

And by all means show your support for an ex-convict for violence, corruption and hate speech.

At least we are all now clear where you stand

Galaxy Mon 15-Sept-25 21:50:43

If reform win, it will be through democracy.

DaisyAnneReturns Mon 15-Sept-25 21:41:33

Don't need.

DaisyAnneReturns Mon 15-Sept-25 21:23:19

But we are not sheep. We don't a patriarchal figure, we need democracy. No, democracy isn't perfect, but it's still better than subjugation and dictatorship.

Mollygo Mon 15-Sept-25 19:55:46

About one million sheep? Certainly way over 100,000 and very few casualties. Why can’t the msm report accurately? Sheep looking for a shepherd?

Looking for a shepherd is a great way to put it.
When your leader says he didn’t know enough about the connection between Mandelson and Epstein, yet he knew enough to put specific questions to PM which related to his association and contact with Epstein.
But then not knowing, or getting the wrong advice, or ignoring any good advice seems to be the way to go.

Has this country turned into a herd of sheep?

Saturday was disgusting! What does it have to do with Elon Musk? People following Tommy Robinson? What the hell is going on.

Anyway, Mollygo, your Mr Lee had a lovely day and showed his contempt for climate change and pollution by driving 200 miles there and back when a train, or even an organised bus, would have been more environmentally friendly...

So it wasn't all bad...

You can't make comments about Receive's party mascot Maizie. They need him to convince "the workers" and those convinced they are economically "middle-class", that they are on their side.

Obviously these extreme rightwing millionaires and multimillionaires (including their latest, Danny Kruger who has left the sinking ship that the Conservatives currently are) are going to rush to help the poor, the dispossessed and those working to earn their money wink

Why do those who consider they have no bias think this will happen? They watched Brexit go wrong, having been told it would by opposers, why do they think they will keep their promises this time? What have a party that is basically a cabal of the rich and the supper-rich going to do to help the children, the old, the infirm. All those who cannot make them richer?

No-one have anything to say about Elon Musk's appearance at the March?

And the nonUK flags, on a Unite the UK march? We're some people just a tad confused as to what it was teally about?

As, I think, Musk was. Calling for division at a supposedly 'unifying event 🤔

I watched Musk’s phoned-in speech. It’s only 19 minutes long if you can bear ir.

www.standard.co.uk/news/uk/elon-musk-unite-the-kingdom-march-speech-in-full-b1247841.html

Musk starts by saying he is primarily of British ancestry. That is a lie. Here’s his family tree with commentary.

www.youtube.com/watch?v=cnb-uNTo28w

His great, great, grandmother Eliza Musk (1844- 1913) was from Exning, Suffolk, England. That’s north west of Newmarket and to the south of Soham.

She had a illegitimate child called Henry Musk (1863-1917).

(In 1901, a family member and namesake was jailed for the attempted rape of a 15 year old girl he had followed in the street.)

Henry Musk moved to South Africa. The rest of Elon Musk’s ancestry is Canadian, South Africa, Swiss and Swedish.

Start with a lie. Go on with lies. The rest was Elon’s usual maniacal, conspiracy theory nonsense.

According to him.

• The British government is engaging in deliberate voter importation to sway elections.

• We are suffering from a “woke mind virus” that gives jobs to people who don’t deserve them to the detriment of white Christians.

• There is mass gang rape of children. (We know what his is reference to but he speaks as if this is commonplace).

• The BBC is complicit in the destruction of Britain.

• Villagers in Britain are at current and genuine risk of being “marauded”, raped and murdered by migrants.

• London doesn’t feel like London. It is full of crime. It will spread to the rest of the country.

Do people really believe this?

And hundreds of people sat watching the news about it on TVs, and reporting about it yesterday, today and tomorrow on their phones, tablets etc, using electricity and chips made from material from Taiwan and transported from there.
Not environmentally friendly either, but I’m sure you’ll come up with something else soon.

^But you always get a percentage of people who go with the intention of turning any protest into violence^

No you don't. I went on the 2nd Brexit march. about 1 million people. No violence at all.

Violence only seems to accompany right wing 'protests'

Yep. No violence*.No litter.
*although I do know of someone that was beaten up by a leave voter when returning from the march sad.

More to the point what the heck has it got to do with him?
Brexiters should be up in arms. I mean talk about interference from a foreigner.

Well, they criticised Obama for getting involved with the referendum. But I guess it’s ok now confused?
