He reckons it's the worst photo of him ever.

Maybe Mister Vanity needs to finally try to accept that he's nearly eighty and he's the oldest person ever to be sworn in as President.

It comes to us all, but he'll doubtless visit vengeance on the poor photographer........

LauraNorderr Wed 15-Oct-25 14:35:45

Pensive, intelligent, statesmanlike.
Everything he is not. He should be very pleased with the photograph.

Jane43 Wed 15-Oct-25 14:36:26

petra

It could have been worse.

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

You can see right up his nose .... oh.koy, oh rapture......
Silly man.

AGAA4 Wed 15-Oct-25 15:23:29

You're so vain
You probably think this thread is about you 🎶

Babs03 Wed 15-Oct-25 15:28:45

It doesn’t really look like him so am all in favour.

AGAA4 Wed 15-Oct-25 15:37:33

I think he looks really old in that photo and maybe that's what has annoyed him.

Maremia Wed 15-Oct-25 19:11:21

Could be some creative trolling.
Interesting, about the ear. Maybe they photoshopped the scar? Or maybe...?

butterandjam Wed 15-Oct-25 19:29:06

Surely what annoyed him, is the position of the letter M above his head?

It can't be accidental that the points of the M make it look as if he's got horns...

Now I've seen this I can't unsee it!

He is obese and the lines and wrinkles in his face are a record of his lifetime, as they are for all of us. A lifetime of petulance and self-indulgence paint a picture, in this case, not a pretty one.

Spot on. If you look at his mouth, in an unguarded moment it says it all.

Petulant is exactly it. Bizarre, isnt it.

"Oh why didn't they give me the Nobel prize" and x,y,z.

I have the feeling he is one of those people who will never "have enough". Someone else will always sort of be "doing him out of it", someone else will always be "to blame".

Trump seems to be an exceptionally powerful leader - he has the power to allow Israel to resume the war with Hamas. Not sure how on earth he planned that and what do the other signatories to the peace agreement say about that? But one word from Trump and the IDF returns to Gaza.

Allira

Not a good angle, looking right up someone's nostrils. What was the photographer thinking?

Otherwise it's interesting, I thought it would be far worse than that from the comments.

It's not a flattering view of his neck

Crikey!

He looks a bit like Alfred Hitchcock making a cameo appearance in one of his creepy films.

Mmm- not sure it was just one word from Trump- he originally said he could stop it in a day.
That Trump and Netanyahu are in cahoots cannt be denied- but the model they made for the actual talks were actually drawn up in the Biden era.
It has taken all sorts of international pressure to bring them to the table- but if people want to believe it was all Trump's doing then let them think so.
The devil is in the detail isn't it?
Trump doesn't do detail- he just loves being in the limelight.

keepingquiet Thu 16-Oct-25 08:29:18

Sorry that should have been the model they used. And by they I mean everyone involved...

Chardy Thu 16-Oct-25 09:20:23

Not sure anyone looks good in a photo taken looking up their nose?

suelld Thu 16-Oct-25 14:28:04

Love it … hee hee . Serves him right for being a childish narcissist!
Actually the photographer I capture the ‘I’m the best thing ever’ he has going on… but he’s always going on about how wonderful his hair is… nasty malevolent person!

So right!

I don't care!

lizzypopbottle Thu 16-Oct-25 16:57:54

I don't mind admitting that I hate seeing a bad photo of me!

NotSpaghetti Thu 16-Oct-25 17:02:49

I think you would get over it if you were having a photo taken a dozen times a day.

I do too, but the last thing I’d do would be to broadcast my dislike of a photograph, because doing that makes a lot more people look at it than would otherwise.i think this is only a story because Trump made it one.

Maremia Thu 16-Oct-25 17:07:46

Going to have another look at the 'horns'.

Outcast52 Thu 16-Oct-25 20:01:26

According to Adam Gabbat in The Guardian, what Trump really objects to is the shot of the loose fold of skin on his neck, which The Daily Show referred to as 'vagina neck'. (Excuse the sly chuckle). It's been photoshopped out of subsequent reprints of the photo.
