There are newly released e-mails, which implicate the big beast. Time to watch and wait I think.

I was way off. Add another 0.

I can't remember the number, but over $2 billion he has illegally taken from Americans through unconstitutional taxation, or tariffs.

MaizieD Thu 20-Nov-25 15:22:26

Has the tariff revenue been as humungous as he is claiming?hmm

imaround Thu 20-Nov-25 13:20:52

Yep. Peter Thiel and the Heritage Foundation.

Bondi says it will take her 30 days. GOP is telling her to make sure she doesn't delay. They are absolutely picking and choosing what to release.

I also do not believe that he will ever be held accountable for his Epstein involvement. The files will, though, show proof of his laundering money through Russia with Epsteins help IMO. The only consolation I have is that history will not be kind.

These files may not implicate him due to redacted information, but it is going to expose a lot of his inner circle. No one is safe from his regime and he will throw anyone under the bus.

Mazie you are 100% correct about the economy. That is what won him the 2024 election, and that is why his rating is at 38% Because at the end of the day, the majority of people vote with their pocketbooks. He has made things worse and they are starting to catch on that his only plan is to bleed them dry and give it to his billionaire friends.

I wonder if we are going to hear from the SC soon on the constitutionality of the tariffs. He is promising his voters $2000 checks from the tariffs to keep them on the string.

He is losing in court all over the country this week, pretty badly. Good

Peter Thiel. Project 2025. Vance's sponsor.

And Thiel is, to put it very politically incorrectly, a bit of a nutter. He believes that Greta Thunberg is the Antichrist hmm

He also owns Palantir, the US tech company that holds all our NNHS data. Should we be😱?

IOMGran Thu 20-Nov-25 12:22:58

But Reform doesn't really have any policies. Farage, I suppose, is quite articulate but Trump isn't even that.
It's whoever is pulling his strings which is worrying.

Is quite extraordinary that we live in times where we all know that the President of the US not only associated with a recognised sex offender but then in all likelihood destroyed any evidence that could reveal this. Yet also in all likelihood he will survive this. He once boasted that he could shoot somebody in plain sight and his fans would still support him. I wish I didn’t believe this.

I believe it - knowing just how "devoted" a friend of mine is to the thought "Trump can do no wrong - whatever he does is for a good reason - to serve us". She won't hear a word against him and she ain't the only one.

It seems that every news outlet, every country etc, needs to grow a spine and tell the USA like it is. He can’t possibly take the world on.

Unfortunately Whitewavemark2 POTUS Trump thinks he is ruling the world, with his tariffs and tantrums, and the sycophants surrounding him perpetuate this…

I'm still bewildered as to how this has happened. That Trump is POTUS.

Not once, but twice. confused

I'm afraid I would apply that well known ( though slightly amended) quote "It's the economy, stupid"

Trump promised far more hope to voters struggling with poverty, unemployment, rising cost of living than did the Democrats, who just offered more of the same.

We're seeing the same thing here in the UK. Voters know that life won't get any better under the tories, and now Labour, Reform offers hope. Of course people who know a bit more about the workings of a neoliberal economy and Reform, know that hope of relief from Reform policies is groundless. But they are fewer...

I think they are all working towards that Whitewave.

The story is everywhere Whitewavemark2, here it is from ABC News.
abcnews.go.com/Politics/house-democrats-release-new-epstein-emails-referencing-trump/story?id=127435983
Now he has an excuse sue the whole world for defamation, not just the UK.

The ABC News reporter was the one he attacked for asking the Crown Prince Of Saudi Arabia a question about the murdered journalist Jamal Khashoggi. Trump intervened and flat out lied, ignoring the evidence of his own country’s intelligence and using his favourite words ‘fake news’ and ‘nasty’, he even called the dead man’s character into question saying he was a ‘horrible person’ that a lot of people didn’t like. I hope ABC go all out to get the truth out but I suspect Trump’s name has already been erased as it has from The Smithsonian exhibit on impeached Presidents.

Sorry it auto corrected arch manipulator!

Casdon Thu 20-Nov-25 08:59:03

This identifies some of those involved, and the extent of Epstein’s sphere of influence. He was the architect of manipulator.

I do wonder why Trump hung out for so long. Was it in order to allow his knobbled FBI to clean the files of any really damning evidence relating to Trump?

I would bet the bungalow that there is more than one copy of these emails. You’d have to be beyond stupid if there wasn’t. 🤷‍♀️

GrannyGravy13 Thu 20-Nov-25 08:52:52

POTUS will in all probability get away with this as he has most things.

I would like to see the other prominent men (and maybe women) are named, shamed and brought to justice as opposed to the focus being solely on Andrew M-W (who should have his day in court)

Casdon Thu 20-Nov-25 08:36:56

As far as Trump’s stronghold over the Republicans go though, it’s over now whatever happens with the Epstein release, his weaknesses have been exposed. If tampering has happened, I would bet there are illicit copies somewhere, and it would not affect the victim statements.
Ultimately whatever happens regarding Trump, I would still rather that at least some of those guilty are brought to justice than none.

AGAA4 Thu 20-Nov-25 08:36:18

The files will have been cleansed of anything relevant to Trump but there will always be doubt now in the minds of many in the US of his innocence.
Whatever the outcome this won't have done Trump any good politically.

IOMGran Thu 20-Nov-25 08:07:46

Pretty sure it was.

There is a get out of jail free card imaround. For all those bits they haven't already deleted.

imaround Thu 20-Nov-25 04:45:52

I saw that. It is unfortunate for her, but it is her choices that led to this.

I have to wonder if all the people who know they are in those files are in a panic right now. The backlash will be swift and total I would imagine. If only I could be a fly on the wall.

Let's take them all down.
