Jason Crow (Democratic Congress Member) a veteran, former special forces has said in a speech:
"I bristle when a five-time draft dodger like Donald Trump bags the war drums in Washington DC."
Now as the daughter of a career serviceman, in the RAF before WW2, the sister of another career serviceman, and someone who is old enough to have been told the feelings of those who fought in WW2 towards those who got out of fighting but where somehow very wealthy when their peers came home.
And I am not the only one. People in America, who have not lost the ability to process their thinking, noticed the Trump MAGA warmongers, as part of their propoganda, lack of due diligence in the same characteristic way as the Trump regime always does. This even when it comes to the music they choose to walk on stage to. Their most recent fiasco is when Donald Trump shared a video of the attacks on Venezuela with the song "Fortunate Son" (Credence Clearwater Revival) playing underneath it. These are the lyrics. I'll leave you to process the thinking of the people wanting war:
Some folks are born made to wave the flag
Hoo, they're red, white and blue
And when the band plays "Hail to the chief"
Ooh, they point the cannon at you, Lord
It ain't me, it ain't me
I ain't no senator's son, son
It ain't me, it ain't me
I ain't no furtunate one, no
Some folks are born silver spoon in hand
Lord, don't they help themselves, Lord?
But when the taxman come to the door
Lord, the house lookin' like a rummage sale, yeah
It ain't me, it ain't me
I ain't no millionaire's son, no, no
It ain't me, it ain't me
I ain't no fortunate one, no
Yeah-yeah, some folks inherit star-spangled eyes
Hoo, they send you down to war, Lord
And when you ask 'em, "How much should we give?"
Hoo, they only answer, "More, more, more, more"
It ain't me, it ain't me
I ain't no military son, son, Lord
It ain't me, it ain't me
I ain't no fortunate one, one
It ain't me, it ain't me
I ain't no fortunate one, no, no, no
It ain't me, it ain't me
I ain't no fortunate son, no, no, no
It ain't me, it ain't me...
