Scottish Government Consultation on The Future of Council Tax in Scotland.

I have only recently discovered the above consultation is taking place. If you live in Scotland and pay Council Tax, this will affect you. I knew nothing about it until a Facebook post from my local council. Given this will affect the whole population of Scotland. I would have thought it may have appeared in national news.
