The fatally shot man was not an illegal immigrant. American citizens have constitutional legal rights to protest Reka. They also have a right to carry arms if they have a permit as imaround has indicated in her posted link. The ICE agents in the moment could not possibly know whether the man has a permit or not. Yes that is what I understand. The video just like Good looks pretty clear cut. He was filming ICE who grappled him to the ground beat him up and then shot him.

Actually, I think what we are going to witness is a battle over the National Guard. Republicans are saying that Trump needs to activate them. Walz already has them on standby.
