Indeed -and the only person I can see getting deleted is David. I reported his post this morning because of its comments on a dead woman and her family. Someone else reported another of his posts later. and before anyone jumps into criticise reporters, remember it’s GN who make the decision. I find it truly ironic David that you feel free to criticise some of my posts but can’t keep your own posts within guidelines.

Epstein was convicted of trafficking if you have evidence that AMW was involved then let's have it now, or stop making unsubstantiated allegations.

We have plenty of sex trafficking in the UK, the police know pretty much who responsible, it would be easy to stop if we had vigilantes to dispense justice, the same goes for the drug trade.

Oh I thought you meant in the epstein case, but you mean generally, I was about to say the only person currently convicted in the epstein saga is a woman, the men seem to be escaping any conviction.

Apart from establishing whether the person is actually a holder of a public office, the words doing the heavy lifting are wilfully, to such a degree and reasonable.

It looks as though AW may get out of this.

These are the evidential considerations in misconduct in public office cases

a public officer acting as such

wilfully neglects to perform their duty and/or wilfully misconducts themselves

to such a degree as to amount to an abuse of the public's trust in the office holder

without reasonable excuse or justification

We can’t discuss how these 4 points apply to A’s case but we can privately imagine how prosecution and defence would argue their cases.

I don’t know about David49 but I wouldn’t automatically believe either AMW or VG about what did or didn’t happen all those years ago.
Once there’s money to be made all bets are off. That’s what courts are for, to find evidence of the actual truth.

I rather think the documented lies he told in the Newsnight interview tells you all you need to know about his relationship with the truth

As far as we know no evidence has been found implicating AW in any sexual misconduct. He was a friend of Epstein and visited his home.

It's difficult to believe he wasn't involved with the girls that Epstein procured for rich men and I'm inclined to believe the girls rather than anything AW says.

Of course, in this country, everyone is innocent until proven guilty 🙂 and the claimant is not here to verify her statement, sadly but there are other witnesses who have given statements that would suggest he is lying.

Nobody is saying that anything isn’t worthy for heavens sake!
There has to be actual evidence of wrongdoing and far more than a photo taken at a party.
There may have been, or there may not have been, it will be for a court to decide if there’s ever enough evidence to prosecute.

Once again, victim witness statements, and that of other victims giving corroboration is being dismissed as not worthy.
