Surely IF there has to ea monarchy then a succession line of 3 would be more than enough. The line in front of Andrew is unlikely to all die at the same time so that’s no loss to him or us
Charles is 77, frail, still having cancer treatment. William, 43 is pretty likely to be crowned in middle age. He's got three children in succession behind him, a safe number for his intention to streamline the royal family.
The line ahead of Andrew, is Harry, Archie and Lilibet. None of whom will ever be accepted as |"working royals".
I suspect that removing Andrew, is a testing-the -water precedent ahead of removing three Sussexes for the same reason. Harry and Andrew, defectors who let the side down, pose a threat to the future of the Monarchy.
If it doesn't change, it won't survive.
