Israel closes all Gaza borders.

The election will be late October, but Netanyahu could bring the date forwards if he feels his military campaigns have been successful, certainly his recent murderous attacks on Iran with partner in crime Trump has boosted his standing with his own Likud party and far right cronies in the Knesset. But many Israelis blame him for putting the lives of hostages on the line for his bloodthirsty ambitions, and for destabilising the region so that Israel has become less secure. He also still has criminal charges to answer. In short his popularity is not being boosted in the same way with many Israeli voters.
But then we never thought Trump would get in again.
I am an atheist but would pray to any God that Netanyahu loses spectacularly at the next election.
Of course he had to go for Iran before his time runs out.

I agree with all of these posts. Mr Netanyahu is a wicked man. He has the ear of another man with no regard for the lives of others, Mr Trump. My hope is that the people of Israel and the USA rise up against their despots.

And we have relatives and friends in Israel who are presently living in fear, their days punctuated by sirens and hours spent in bomb shelters. They hate Netanyahu and realise that his actions are not making them safer. They want elections.

I cannot say what I really think and feel as I’d be banned for life, but Gaze situation makes me want to weep.

Although the Iranian regime was dangerous and controlling I do feel for the ordinary people of Iran.
They have lived under rule by fear and now could be more of the same if the US / Israel win this war.

What Israel has done and is still doing in Gaza is beyond inhumane. Their cruelty knows no bounds.

The aid agencies were reporting this a few days ago.

How fearful of the Israelis must those in Lebanon and Iran be.

They have watched as genocide, complete ruin, starvation and constant harassment of those in Gaza and the left bank are experiencing. They must be frightened to death that this will happen to them.

Why hasn’t this been reported by the media? Shame on them and massive shame on Israel for its inhumane behaviour towards those trapped in Gaza, not forgetting the land grabbing and killing of Palestinians in the West Bank.

Such cruelty to those poor people in Gaza who have suffered enough. No country should be able to deny food, water and medical supplies to those in dire need of them.

I also feel concern for the people of Israel who are being bombed now because of Netanyahu. I know he isn't a popular leader.
