Pity the press don't give things like this more attention- not everyone who has a faith is a bigot or a terrorist. I applaud these women.

There is an article in today's Guardian about some of the children killed in Lebanon, it's really heart breaking. There seems to be very little in the news about Gaza and Ukraine ATM but people are still dying and being maimed and families are still being made homeless. The Pentagon is talking about diverting some of the ammunition etc that was going to Ukraine to Iran instead meaning the Ukrainians will have less protection from Russia and Iranian citizens will be bombed more. I cannot understand why Trump thinks it is better to kill Iranians than protect Ukrainians when American Intelligence said that Iran was not a threat to the US other than there are things we don't know about him.

Trump wanted to end the Russia -Ukraine war in a day. It's proven more intractable than he realised, so he's bored & wants to make a splash somewhere else.
He thought Iran would be another Venezuela, get rid of the regime with a few cannily-placed missiles, tell everyone how great he is for doing it, back to Mar el Largo in time for a nice round of golf on the weekend.

Yes, the Iranian regime lives in it and murders thousands and thousands of its own people.

I think most women would consider the children before opting to wage war. Children always die in wars. It's such a waste of young lives.
Men have other priorities or at least those instigating wars do.

As well as thousands murdered by its crazy proxies around the world.

I noticed it was Aljazeera English who was filming. Good, that it's not just for Western consumption.

Trump is possibly happy to be helping Putin, by re-directing the munitions.

Trump wanted to end the Russia -Ukraine war in a day. It's proven more intractable than he realised, so he's bored & wants to make a splash somewhere else.

He doesn't care. Trump is punishing the world for finally pointing out he is wearing no clothes and the consequences of the American people not caring about the red flags before they voted have become very serious indeed.

Where it will lead no one knows because those who still uphold the systems that are keeping him in power seem to be doing very little...

Oh the irony of his being like the Ayatollahs in this regard, alongside Netanyahu and Putin, are not lost on me.

If you stand up to Trump you become the victim of vitriolic spite as Starmer has found. Others lose their jobs and probably worse punishments. He is very much like other despots.

They want to empire-build and even their own women and children are either collateral damage or excuses to murder. I support these mothers. I pray that the sadistic men waging war in this world one day realize the destruction of their absent humanity and see these babies for the human lives worthy of life that they are. But the evil and greed driving the men of these governments to murder children will not stop anytime soon. The rest of the world is standing by or facilitating it and just after Hitler, history will remember us like the cowards our governments are.
