Only the British ones though. I had some horrible ladybirds that clustered around my door last year. Hundreds of them. They had yellow spots so not our usual red ladybirds.

They do kill our native ones. I sprayed them and they all perished.

FranP, as I mentioned up thread, WW2 is taught in history in schools, and Ms Austen is on the English literature syllabus of many examining boards.
