Ban on mobile phones fur under 16s

One of the saddest things I've heard this week is from the school student who told a BBC reporter that she usually spends about nine hours a day on social media, so when this ban comes in, said

"What am I going to do with that extra nine hours?"
What a sad comment from a young person 🙁.

That’s a real shame.
Mind you I think I’ll have a quick 5 minutes on here, 5 minutes can turn into an hour 😳
