The UK's own Gisèle Pelicot case

I have found out a bit more about this case from 2 years ago. Phillip Young and 5 other men were found guilty of drugging and raping Young's wife Joanna. There were 56 charges for them to answer. His is in court for sentencing in October.

2 years ago there was a case where a British lady had been drugged and raped by other men over a 13 year period. I beleive the case is still ongoing.
Now another one. How many more disgusting men are subjecting their drugged wives to this?

There is a whole sector of porn devoted to assaulting sleeping women, I think the various platforms have recently been forced to remove it but there was obviously a considerable market for it. Sadly these cases are no surprise, that poor woman.

I was only half listening to the news and assumed they were talking about Gisele Pelicot.

Shocked when I realised it had happened again

There is, isn't there. And the most depressing thing is that there are probably far more similar cases out there too - with victims possibly unaware of what's happened to them.
