This person has demonstrated the very nasty side of the vitriolic trans women element. No hold bars on what they say think or would do to anyone they view as an adversary if they had the chance., There's not a "be kind" bone in their violent bodies, a big like the worst type of the thuggish male, who they proclaim they aren't. At least it's out there in the public domain.
I feel sorry for the majority of completely law abiding, kind, completely ordinary trans women who now have this violent idiot as their representative.

Then they need to speak up and repudiate.
If none of them speak against such a vocal representative then we have to assume that they see nothing wrong with wrong in his opinions.
Speaking as someone who found many of Ms Widdecombe's views distasteful, I am very glad that the person who posted these comments is being brought to book.
This sick man. I’m at a loss to understand, how someone who is known to be a liar in one field, is elected to Parliament, regardless of what party they represent. Is it now acceptable that lying is OK? Does that apply in all situations?
When I read what this person had written my first thought was it’s obviously a man who wrote it. I can’t imagine any real woman wishing that another had been chained to a bed and died in agony. These individuals may call themselves women but they’re men, with men’s misogyny ingrained in them.
Stop trying to pin everything on the Labour Party or lefties, Primrose. She was only a candidate.
Jamie (now Katie) Wallis was the first openly transgender Member of Parliament. Wallis served as the Conservative MP for Bridgend in Wales from 2019 to 2024.
*Its all about how you treat people - ie with decency, honesty and respect that matters, not your gender issue*
See the thread title. I said he/she was a candidate.

They were not elected to parliament. They were a candidate. As I uncovered above, the only trans person else ted to parliament was a Conservative Party MP 2019-2024 and as far as I can find out was accepted and behaved fine.
This person, who calls himself Heather, is a violent man. It's annoying that he is pretending to be a woman. Testosterone fuelled by the sound of him. This is also insulting to transwomen who would never behave in this vile way.
I think the laws about free speech are a bit different in Scotland.
Indeed. Here in Scotland we have the Hate Crime and Public Order (2021) Act, which includes offences of 'stirring up hatred' and that does include posts on social media.
I wonder what Aberdeen University think of his behaviour. It reflects badly on them too.
I wondered this too when this was first brought up before the charges the University said they were investigating/ holding an enquiry I always thought that if was the case the person involved was automatically suspended from their job but the University didn’t make that clear
Well yes Wyllow, I think straight people do speak up when straight people carry out abominable acts or speak in abominable ways. I think we do it all the time.
That’s what makes the silence of the ‘law-a binding, kind, completely ordinary” trans so very noticeable. As if their particular community must support each other regardless.
Unfortunately I think members of gay communities.have been drawn into different identifying with the trans movement, instead of maintaining their own distinctive identities and indeed, some, like straight communities have been threatened by trans activists for speaking up.
Everyone should be condemning this. But trans should be especially active in saying “Not me. Not in my name.”

Why did you forget to mention that the Labour candidacy was in the past, and this person was now a Green Party member and had stood for them in the most recent council elections?
