The second FIFA peace prize

I've been wondering for some weeks about who will get the second one (and getting the popcorn in just in case Trump disagrees with the choice) or whether it will just quietly be dropped.

But it seems that now the FIFA council has told Infantino to 'depoliticise' it. In my opinion it's the right thing to do, but they have, I assume inadvertently, given Infantino an easy way out from a mess of his own creation.
