Consequences.
One of the Reform politicians has resigned from the Scottish Parliament, and now Labour is the second largest party there.
That was a big boast at the time, that Labour had lost it's 2nd position in Holyrood, to Reform.

Kandinsky

Agree.
But this forum is obsessed with Nigel Farage & Reform. Endless threads started about them. Why would anyone want to talk endlessly about these men?

That’s extraordinary.

Inthe top 50 threads current at time of writing this, two are about Reform.

Why do you say GNs ignore the Reform issue, Kandindky?
Interesting suggestion.

And if anyone has any statistics as to how many children these Reform men have abused and raped I’d be interested in seeing them.
Is it as many as the Rotherham rapists?

This all sounds so familiar...

I haven't seen it, but I am hearing everyone should watch the movie Musk. It is 4 hours long with a built in intermission though, so I am waiting until I can watch from home.

Kandinsky, as a mother, mother in law, and grandmother of women and girls, and formerly a safeguarding officer in a school, I feel that we should all be aware of the risks in appointing men who chuckle about incest, speak of "sniffing " the seats of their female colleagues, and enthuse about "fingering" them.
"Enjoy being offended" is your response to that? Telling others to look away?
How extraordinary.

Thanks for watching Cossy, now I don't have to. tbh I'm not at all surprised I think Reform is a magnet to people with racist, homophobic and misogynistic views that would not be tolerated in any other political party.

Kandinsky Mon 19-Oct-26 15:51:17

Cossy you really are a glutton for punishment - you seem to enjoy being offended by the Reform Party and anyone associated with them.
Maybe watch homes under the hummer? . grin

It’s a very well filmed and documented and presented programme.

Oh and the Portsmouth Patriots are such a lovely bunch of people…. Not 😱😱😱

Cossy Mon 19-Oct-26 15:06:03

The absolute and sheer hatred towards all Muslims is abhorrent!

Maremia Mon 19-Oct-26 13:52:47

Yes, the inevitable excuses and attempts at deflection.

NotSpaghetti Mon 19-Oct-26 13:50:16

I haven't watched it either.
There will inevitably be some who say it's a trap though and the media is against them.
😕

AGAA4

I will watch this later but sound as though I may be in for an unpleasant time. I'm not really shocked by this as I've thought for a while that Reform is a disgrace.

I was simply shocked by the extent and some of the language used towards people of colour which I thought had disappeared!

A party that has racist and misogynistic values will always attract and gain the fervant support like minded people.

On the other hand the undercover filming highlights for those who don't share Reform UK party official behaviours or values can see for themselves the dangers of having a government led by the likes of Reform party officials as filmed. A helpful, dire warning.

Maremia Mon 19-Oct-26 12:30:47

Perhaps that is because Reform chimes with their own racism and misogyny?

Chocolatelovinggran Mon 19-Oct-26 12:28:44

Lots of posts on Facebook saying that it has made them even more fervent supporters of Reform, which is, to put it mildly, a little concerning.

LemonJam Mon 19-Oct-26 12:26:23

I watched half of it last night- will watch the rest later today.

The seriously racist and mysogynistc views filmed verbatim during the year long undercover operation into Reform UK were simply horrendous. That no one did anything about these multiple individuals before filmed says a lot about the ongoing Reform UK culture. That Farage supported some when such behaviour known alarming. .

The Director of Communications at time of filming - Edward Sumner had a lot to answer for- as did Farage. Fascinating to hear that even Sarah Pochin said that senior party officials were "so f**** chauvinistic"! The culture comes from the top and seemingly often condoned.

So, here I am with a cuppa, sausages (the dogs), one dozy spaniel and watching the ITV Reform expose.

I’m only 10 minutes in and frankly, it’s unbelievably shocking!

This isn’t hearsay, it’s not third hand, it’s not gossip! It’s pure horror! One year of following Reform supporters, councillors and MPs, obviously covertly.

If anyone who watches this still actually feels that any of this is right, I’d say frankly your moral compass needs a massive reset.

I can see exactly how and why Farage has followers, supporters in his droves. He’s utterly charming, eloquent, articulate and persuasive.

He’s also very clearly a sexist and racist agitator.

All this gawfawing and hee haw heeing is utterly and truly disgusting.
