Hello

We've been asked to find some UK parents who have a child/ teen aged 10-17 who need any kind of vision correction to complete a survey.

If this is you, please read on!

The survey consists of 2 parts - one for you and one for your child and you will need to both be there for the survey.

Please note the survey does ask questions about contact lenses and how your child feels about this.

The survey is being run mainly on our sister site Mumsnet and we just need a few more folks to complete it (and were hoping some gransnetters may qualify).

Everyone who completes both parts of the survey and adds their details will be entered into a prize draw where two folks - drawn at random - will each win a £250 voucher - the two winners can choose from John Lewis or iTunes vouchers to the value of £250.
