Sharing!

Chris I would not share my toothbrush and have now (happily) established that DH wouldn't either so have no need to secrete mine away.
It is quite funny that we won't share a toothbrush but will share everything else isn't it? DH has just reminded me that he would never share his razor but then I wouldn't want it anyway!

Oh no way - I don't do sharing of anything really but we've finally got to that point in life my parents did and found ourselves buying two cakes the other day so we could have half each

Nice to hear I'm not the only one who won't share a toothbrush, kissing partner or not!!
But I agree with Ginny - I sometimes fancy the same main course as my other half but he always switches his choice at the last minute when the waiter arrives so we have different meals. Why? In case he doesn't like his so we can swap. Hmmm ...

My DGS is really into sharing, genuinely. Unfortunately the nursery doesn't like it but he really will share anything so it is natural for him to expect everyone else to be the same.

No, I wouldn't share a toothbrush but is it logical if it is the person you kiss?

I asked my hygienist is it possible couples share gum disease and she said is very likely! So no toothbrush sharing!

I don' t mind sharing if that's what we agree but when he says he does not want one. Guurrrrr !

Agreed, never sharing toothbrush- happy to share anything else.

For the pud though- OH has finally agreed it is a good idea. Always going without a pud for health reasons is really hard and can result in real feelings of denial, which can result in binges... At home we just have yogurt most evenings (we mix one fruit yogurt wiht one plain to cut down on sugar = 2 portions)- but when away or occasionally when we eat out- it's lovely to have a taste and share a pud- as we did last week in Italy.

Oh, certainly not a tooth brush.
The other thing I can't stand is when he decides in a restaurant that he won't have a starter / pudding and when mine arrives he will say " can I have just a little taste ? ".

My DGD (aged 3) is very into sharing. This usually involves sitting next to Grandpa when he has sneaked a Magnum for himself from the freezer, hoping she would not notice, and saying "I'm a good girl - I'm doing sharing with Grandpa!" The idea that it is Grandpa sharing with her escapes her.

Oh lord, that would have sent me scuttling to the nearest toothbrush shop too! Face flannel, towel, no problem. But toothbrush? Absolutely no way

Couldn't agree more. I can't think of anything else I wouldn't share with him.

H and I keep spare toothbrushs in the soap bag so we don't go away without one each.

Thats totally understandable I wouldn't either.
