Hi everyone,
I’m Ryan, recently separated from my wife, and i’m navigating a mix of emotions- pain, confusion and hope. I’m starting this thread to connect with women who’ve been through separation or divorce. How did you cope? What helped you heal and move forward?
If you’re going through this now or have been there before, please share your story or advice. Lets support each other and remind ourselves we’re not alone.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Ryan.

Are you only open to supporting women?

TBF kittylester if you're new to GN it's reasonable to assume that the vast majority of posters will be women which is the case.

I haven't been in this situation Ryan and hope you get some supportive responses.

What will help will be to continue your responsibilities with regard to financial matters, child care and access.
I have no experience to offer of how men cope with separation.

Why do you only want to connect with women? Are you looking for a new partner? This isn’t a dating site.

Maybe best to join a Men’s Shed in your area……
