How can I deal with this rude guy?

I met him off tinder and he wanted me to block him because I am a dirty slut who fucks a lot of guys and I don’t want to fuck that dirty hole and get an infection. Why would he say this? Some guys don’t mind. Why would he bully me like this? I’m so upset I’m crying. I’m so scared He called me a slut and dirty and accused me of having an infection. Some people just like sex.
