One side of my garden is open plan to the pavement. It's a nuisance as litter blows in, dogs not on leads get in and run around and sometimes people trying to take a short cut then realising they can't get out the other side! So my goal this year is to put in a low fence and add planting that will put on growth quickly to block it off.

Our garden is a complete mess. We basically need to start again from scratch. Dig out all the old weeds and plants, re-turf, put in new decking etc.

The last little tatty corner will go this year, then we'll be proper proud of our efforts. And showing off I dare say

I'm trying to plant more bee and insect-friendly plants so the front garden has been turned into a little wildflower space. I also want a few patio pots for strawberries, tomatoes and easy to grow vegetables. Nothing too time-consuming or difficult to manage!

My goals are just to have a nice garden! Right now its a state with weeds and hasn't been attended to in years so I'm hoping to fix that and have a nice garden again

To paint the fences and shed.

I want to plant some miniature fruit trees to provide pretty blossom then delicious fruit. Bee friendly plant area to ensure pollination, and save the bees of course too. Perenials will be providing lots of colour without a lot of effort, & more work is required on the Koi pool to complete the garden scene to my liking.

To improve the texture of the soil which is clay with loam soil and mature horse manure.

Just a small patio, so it's mainly baskets and small planters.

This summer I plan to give the patio a deep clean, and plant more bee friendly plants.

Now my Grandson is a toddler I am sectioning off the garden so I can still have beautiful flowers but I can also have a child friendly area for a trampoline and his bike with his own little bit for sunflowers

To fill in the holes the dogs have dug.

Hopefully we will be moving house in the next few months and the garden will be a bit of a blank canvas! On the long wishlist of things we want to do is create a brick bbq station, decking in one corner for some seating and a small flower bed along one wall. It's not a massive garden but we would love to make the most of the area we have!

I love gardening & always doing something in the garden at the moment I'm growing my own flowers for the beds as I will be having a big family & friends BBQ & I want to make the garden really colourful now I can just sit back & wait for all the colour to appear.

Our garden is in real need of some TLC The LOs can't really go out and enjoy it at the moment so my goal is to sort some new decking as it was damaged, put turf down instead of the grass we have now and create somewhere where the LOs can hang their pretty bunting and thoroughly enjoy the summer.

My husband is laying a new patio and installing bi-folding patio doors, so he is really going to town to improve things.

To try and improve my lawn so that my grand daughter can play on it

We want to turn more of our garden over to Vegetables & this year try some different veggies. There is nothing like the taste of freshly grown veg & much healthier for us.

Last year we ripped up all our decking that had been there for 15 years, the goal this year is to replace this decked are with a beautiful resin patio in time for the summer. The are at present looks very dull and baron, therefore we will be bringing lots of flowers and shrubs into the area once the patio is completed.

I am attempting to turn part of our lawn into a flower meadow to encourage more bees and butterflies and we'd like to attract more birds to the garden as many of them seem to have disappeared over the years.

We're awaiting some new garden furniture and hoping for the weather to enjoy it!

big plans! I recently aquired an allotment and have been working very hard on it! I have managed to do all the digging and weeding so far, my plans this summer are obviously to grow lots! I already have potatoes, garlic, onions, broadbeans in and have sown peas, parsnips, carrots, beetroot, leeks etc - but also my plans include setting up a greenhouse, water collection and a wildlife corner, lots of bird boxes, insect houses and lots of hidey holes for the critters that keep the pests down. I am delighted to find I already have frogs using the pond. I also want to sort out a nice seating area for drinking my flask of coffee on my breaks!

we are hoping to expand the lawn by getting rid of some of the more unkempt flower beds. more low maintenance areas for the future

I plan to grow some carrots in pots this year, I have been told that they won't be attacked by the carrot fly as they fly along the ground. Also I'm trying runner beans this year too!

I would like to create a herb garden. I have a tiny garden and a herb garden would allow me more culinary plants than I can fit in my containers. The garden is west facing and gets warmth and sun in the afternoons. I think herbs would thrive in these consitions.

My aim is for people to enjoy looking round our tiny garden when it is part of the village open gardens. Any proceeds are for our local children's hospice.
