Everyone has different styles when it comes to decorating the house for Christmas; some of us have our go-to decorations while others like to mix it up with different themes or something new each year. Homebase would like to know what you'd pick from their range to refresh your collection of decorations and have on display in your home (budget no issue smile).

Here’s what Homebase has to say: “At Homebase we have everything you need to make your Christmas sparkle, from trees and baubles, to giant inflatables and twinkly lights. Click here to check out our Christmas range and please share your favourite decorations below.”

How about this snowy tree? Or a Poinsettia Wreath for your door? Or even some cute Santa fairy lights?

To get you in the mood, here's some tips on decorating your tree:

Have a look at the site and share what would make it into your basket this year! Everyone who posts on the thread will be entered into a prize draw to win a £300 voucher of their choice (from a list).

Thanks and good luck!

Every year I buy one, distinctive, new decoration for the tree. My tree is made up of completely unique decorations. I really love the Open Front Forest Scene Glass Bauble.

A friend posted a photo on FB of their Christmas decorations and it inspired me to make some slight changes this year; I'd love to have some large hanging silver snowflakes to hang on the windows and doors; they are so simple but they'll look fabulous I'm sure and at only £3 each a bargain.

The Decorated Winter Garden Real Christmas Wreath is lovely, and would add a touch of magic to my doorstep.
We need a selection of new decorations this year, and I will be visiting Homebase soon.

I`d pick the 6ft Snowy Artificial Christmas Tree, I love it, with lots of clear glass baubles and 100 warm string lights, it would be stunning.

I am thinking of grabbing a 4ft Snowy Burlap Artificial Christmas Tree this year. I have always bought either a growing potted tree or a cut one and it would be a relief to have a year off from wrestling one into the car! Although Homebase staff are always helpful! And I wouldn't have needles forever popping up in the most unlikely places. So due to a lack of space because one of my sons moved back home with all of his belongings, and the above, 4ft Snowy Burlap for me this year!

I fallen for the LED Standing Rattan Reindeer it is just something that little bit different to go n my home that I can see many years of pleasure from - & I can already see the smiles on my grandchildren's faces & the fun debating a name/s for our Reindeer or possibly even 2 !

I love the Santa with internal snow glass bauble. It's so cheap and all the children will just love it.
