Everyone has different styles when it comes to decorating the house for Christmas; some of us have our go-to decorations while others like to mix it up with different themes or something new each year. Homebase would like to know what you'd pick from their range to refresh your collection of decorations and have on display in your home (budget no issue smile).

Here’s what Homebase has to say: “At Homebase we have everything you need to make your Christmas sparkle, from trees and baubles, to giant inflatables and twinkly lights. Click here to check out our Christmas range and please share your favourite decorations below.”

How about this snowy tree? Or a Poinsettia Wreath for your door? Or even some cute Santa fairy lights?

To get you in the mood, here's some tips on decorating your tree:

Have a look at the site and share what would make it into your basket this year! Everyone who posts on the thread will be entered into a prize draw to win a £300 voucher of their choice (from a list).

Thanks and good luck!

My tree is up all year round because I love it so much. The decorations are very much relating to nature: orange baubles looking like autumn leaves, pine cones, robins, stars. I really like the Holly and Berry Glass Baubles which would look great on my tree! But most of all I love the 24 Inch Snow Tipped Berry and Pinecone Wreath. I've never had a Christmas Wreath and this one looks perfect!

I would pick the 6ft Green Teardrop Artificial Christmas Tree , it is realistic, full of branches which I can full with lovely decorations and lights and stand in front of my window to show how much I love Christmas.

Let there be light! Can never have too many lights - I like nice little subtle twinkly lights - and LOTS of them! Am loving these LED 200 Copper Wire String Christmas Lights which look pretty and delicate to add that nice, twinkly effect minus the bling - instantly makes you feel warm and cosy on the inside.

I love the Santa with internal snow glass bauble - I would be 6-8 of them.

I absolutely love anything that sparkles and catches my eye, and I need a new tree so the 6ft artificial green tear drop would be ideal. The clear glass bauble with the angel inside would definitely have to make an appearance on the tree

Would love theLED Spiral Tree silhouette lights - very pretty

jelleng Sat 25-Nov-17 10:28:07

I would go for the gold and glitter jingle bell tree decorations because we would then hear the cat jumping on the tree as she does every year.

They have some lovely wreaths!
Tricky to choose my favourite but as they're actually quite reasonably priced I'd maybe have two...
Forest Fruits twig wreath and the 24" Holly and berry pre-lit wreath.
