Quick and easy pizza recipe from JosieGransnet
IngredientsWhite or wholemeal flour - about half a cup per pizza
Dried oregano (optional)
Cheese - anything you can grate
Toppings of choice - mushrooms, ham, sweetcorn etc
Method1. Mix some flour with water until you get a dough, add a sprinkle of dried oregano to make it fancier.
2. Roll into a pizza shape about 0.5cm thick and max 15cm diameter (you need to be able to get it into a frying pan without it falling apart so they can't be too big.
3. Spread some olive oil on the top (make sure you don't get any of the toppings too close to the edge of the pizza).
4. Spread thin layer of tomato purée on top
Sprinkle cheese on top (I like mozzarella but DS likes cheddar).
Add toppings, but not too many as it is not a heavy base, 2-3 max.
5. Put dry frying pan on the hob on a medium heat, when hot, put pizza in pan and fry until bottom is golden brown, cheese has melted and toppings are warm (about 5 mins).
6. Cut into slices and eat.
