Ingredients

100g fusilli pasta
1 (500g) jar sweet & sour cooking sauce
1 (400g) tin pineapple pieces in fruit juice

Handy Hint

Make a large quantity - it is very moreish! A delicious novel salad that will go very quickly!!

Method

1. Cook fusilli as instructed, then drain well.
2. Add this to the pasta sauce with the tin of pineapple pieces and simmer for about five to ten minutes until it is not too liquid.
3. Allow to cool and refrigerate for about an hour.

We ate this at a garden centre one lunch time last week; made it at the weekend and have had to make more already!!
