Ingredients

115g (4oz) brown breadcrumbs
115g (4oz) plain chocolate, grated
115g (3-4oz) demerara sugar
1/2 tsp coffee granules
350ml (3/4 pint) double or whipping cream

Method

1. Mix all ingredients except cream and leave overnight.
2. Next day, whip cream lightly and put alternate layers of the cream and the crumb mix in a bowl, finishing with the cream.
3. Decorate with chopped nuts or grated chocolate.
4. Leave for several hours before serving.
