Ingredients

1 can chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
1/2 cup zero fat yoghurt
1 clove garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 tsp ground cumin.
Few drops of toasted sesame oil.(This gives authentic flavour without adding tahini paste)
Dash of black pepper.

Method

1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
2. Garnish with a shake of paprika.
3. Serve with vegetable crudites for a tasty and healthy meal.
