Ingredients

115g (4 oz) margarine
2 tbsp cocoa
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
170g (6oz) self-raising flour
170g (6oz) caster sugar
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch salt

Handy Hint

Lovely decorated with melted chocolate and chocolate flakes.

Method

1. Beat 2 eggs and 1/2 cup of milk together.
2. Melt margarine and cocoa powder together in a saucepan.
3. Beat in the rest of the ingredients. Beat well.
4. Pour into a greased tin and cook for 30-45 minutes at 160C.
5. Check centre with probe to make sure it is cooked through.
