Avocado
Mango
Bean sprouts (a good handful)
Limes (about 3)

Handy Hint

Slice up the avocado without removing the skin, then peel the skin off the slices.

Method

1. Slice the avocado lengthways into about 8 pieces.
2. Slice the mango in the same way into long, slim pieces.
3. Throw together with the beansprouts.
4. Toss in freshly squeezed lime juice and serve immediately.
