Slices of good quality brown bread
55g (2oz) caster sugar
15g (1/2 oz) ground cinnamon
Butter

Method

1. Mix together cinnamon and sugar.
2. Lightly toast bread and butter one side.
3. Sprinkle with sugar/cinnamon mixture.
4. Cut into fingers and serve.
