Ingredients

2 ripe mangoes (peeled, pitted and diced (or use other seasonal fruit such as peaches or papaya if mangoes are unavailable))
2 cups fresh seedless grapes (halved)
1/4 cup red onion (minced)
2 tbsp fresh coriander (chopped)
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 red pepper (seeded and minced)
1/2 tsp salt

Handy Hint

For a snack, serve with corn tortilla chips, or use this salsa to accent a meal of grilled or barbeque chicken, fish or pork

Method

1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
2. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
