Ingredients2 tins tuna1.4kg (3 lbs) potatoes 85g (3oz) cheese 1/2 pint milk Cornflour and butter for cheese sauce Salt and pepper |
Handy HintAdd a vegetable oxo cube to the cheese sauce |

Method1. Peel and boil potatoes2. Mash and layer in an oven proof dish 3. Make cheese sauce - whisk milk, cornflour and butter together over heat until thickens 4. Add cheese and seasoning 5. Drain 2 tins of tuna and place over mashed potato in oven proof dish 6. Pour cheese sauce over 7. Cook in oven gas mark 6/7 for 20 mins until golden and bubbling on top |
