Ingredients

4 tbsp self-raising flour
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
1 egg
3 tbsp milk
3 tbsp oil
1 mug

Handy Hint

Goes well with custard, creme fraiche or cream

Method

1. Mix flour, sugar and cocoa together
2. Add egg, milk & oil - mix well
3. Pour into large mug
4. Microwave for 4 minutes in 850w microwave
5. Wait until it stops rising - it will feel firm to touch
6. Tip on to saucer
