Ingredients

Cup of self-raising flour
Half a cup of sugar
1 egg
2 ripe bananas
Milk if required
Greased loaf tin

Handy Hint

I use an ordinary mug as a measurement

Method

1. Mash the bananas
2. Mix flour, sugar and egg and then add bananas
3. Place mixture into loaf tin, put in oven (electric 180)
4. Cook cake until skewer comes out out clean, usually about 20-25 mins
