Ingredients1 onion (chopped)3 cloves garlic (chopped) Chilli powder hot or medium to taste 1 tbsp dried basil 1 tin chopped tomatoes 1 tbsp tomato purée Half packet Quorn mince 2 tbsp soy sauce Olive oil |
Handy HintDo not allow sauce to dry out during cooking add more water or vegetarian stock if needed. Omit chilli if children find it too hot and just add before serving for adults. |

Method1. Fry chopped onion and garlic in olive oil.2. When softened add basil and chilli (you can always add more chilli later). 3. Add quorn mince and stir, add tin chopped tomatoes and 1 can water (or more if needed) plus soy sauce to taste. 4. Cover and simmer for about 10 mins or until onions are tender. 5. Serve with spaghetti or pasta shapes and grated cheese. |
