Thick sliced bread
Cheddar cheese
Red leicester cheese
Tomato slices
Fennel
Black pepper

Method

1. Toast the bread lightly
2. Cover it with fennel leaves, tomato slices and black pepper
3. Top with a generous pile of mixed grated cheddar and red leicester
4. Grill the slices til they bubble!
