Ingredients455g dried spaghettiSea salt and black pepper Extra virgin olive oil Cloves garlic (peeled and crushed) 1-2 dried chillis (crushed) 400g raw prawns Small glass white wine 6 sun dried tomatoes blitzed and blended 1 lemon zest and juice 2 handfuls of rocket |

Method1. Cook spaghetti according to packet instructions2. Meanwhile heat 3 lugs of extra virgin olive oil in a pan, toss in chilli and garlic 3. After 1 min add prawns sauté them for a further minute then add white wine and blitzed tomatoes 4. Simmer for a couple of mins, drain the pasta, toss spaghetti with sauce then add lemon juice, zest and rocket and adjust seasoning | |||||||||||||||||||
