Ingredients1 tin cherry pie filling
2 chocolate swiss rolls
1 pot of whipping cream
Few tbsp of kirsch (optional)
1 Flake |
Handy Hint
Quick and easy dessert....and no cooking. |
Method1. Slice one swiss roll and place in bottom of a large bowl. This is when you add the optional kirsch,
2. Pour the cherry pie filling over the top,
3. Slice second swiss roll and cover the pie filling.
4. Whip the cream until thick and spead over the last swiss roll.
Crumble flake over the top.
