Ingredients

Packet of large chocolate chip cookies (one pack should serve four to six)
Tub of double cream
Some brandy, whisky, sherry – whatever your tipple (or coffee if preferred)
A flake

Handy Hint

If you don't want brandy, use whisky or just coffee instead. Easy peazy and always delicious.

Method

1. Whip the double cream until it stands in peaks
2. Open the pack of chocolate chip cookies and dunk one at a time into a saucer of brandy.
3. Spread each dunked biscuit with whipped cream and sandwich all together in a long line.
4. Cover whole lot with whipped cream and sprinkle a crumbled flake over the top and add a dusting of cocoa powder.
5. Chill in fridge.
