Ingredients

6 chicken legs
4 tbsp honey
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp each of ground coriander, basil and chilli powder
pinch of mustard powder

Handy Hint

Make the sauce in advance and keep in the fridge

Method

1. Mix all the ingredients together except for the chicken legs.
2. Brush the chicken legs with generous amounts of the mixture.
3. Barbecue for 10 minutes
