Method1.Whip the double cream until it stands in peaks2.Open the pack of chocolate chip cookies and dunk one at a time into a saucer of brandy. 3.Spread each dunked biscuit with whipped cream and sandwich all together in a long line. 4. Cover whole lot with whipped cream and sprinkle a crumbled flake over the top and add a dusting of cocoa powder. Chill in fridge. Easy peazy and always delicious. |
