A tin of pineapple chunks
A packet of Nice biscuits
Whipping cream

Method

1. Crumble the biscuits and mix them with the pineapple and juice.

I was given this pud at a friend's house recently and it was surprisingly tasty with a delicious hint of coconut from the Nice biscuits.
