Ingredients

1 red or white onion
1 (each) of a green, yellow and red pepper
200g white or brown rice
1 tbsp vegetable oil

Method

1. Boil the rice according to your preferred method bearing in mind that brown rice takes longer than white rice.
2. Deseed the pepppers then slice or chop them and the onion into small chunks.
3. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry lightly until they soften slightly.
4. When everything is cooked and the rice has been drained of water mix everything together and serve.

This recipe tastes good, is healthy and leaves a lovely aroma in the kitchen.
