Ingredients

6 ripe tomatoes
3 cloves garlic
6 anchovies
handful flat leafed parsley
4 tbsp olive oil
Black pepper
60g (2oz) parmesan cheese
Pkt linguine

Method

1. Roughly chop tomatoes, crush garlic and pound anchovies. Chop parsley and then mix all together with parmesan.
2. Cook linguine (garlic and basil linguine is lovely), drain and add to tomato mix, toss and serve with extra grated parmesan.

So quick and easy to make, I think this could be pureed for babies.
