Ingredients

1/2 packet ginger biscuits
Large knob butter
1 banana
1 tin of toffee
Double cream
Grated chocolate to decorate

Handy Hint

If you can not find a tin of toffee, cover a tin of condensed milk and boil for 2 and a half hours. This turns to toffee

Method

1. Crush ginger biscuits and stir into the melted butter.
2. Press into bottom of a dish and chill for 10 minutes
3. Cut up banana and put on top of biscuit base
4. Empty tin of toffee over banana
5. Whip the double cream and pour over the toffee
6. Grate the chocolate over the cream

I love this recipe as there is no cooking and except for the cream all the ingredients can be stored ready for a quick make when necessary.
