Method1. In a large pan, sweat the onions and celery in the oil, then add cubed, peeled potato.2. Mix stock cube in water and add to pan, bringing to a simmer and stirring occasionally. 3. After 10 mins add the sweetcorn and seasoning, simmer for a further 5 mins then add the milk. 4. Blend to a smooth consistency and add more liquid if needed. | |||||||||||||||||||
