Ingredients1 cauliflower (cooked)2 eggs (separated) 1 onion 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1 can tomatoes 200g cheddar cheese/mozzarella 3 tbsp oil Salt/pepper |
Handy HintCost approx of this dish £3.50 serves 4 people. It's delicious you could serve it with a green salad or chips if desired. It is not too expensive but does required just a little bit of time. My day starts at 05.30am and I still come home to cook a full meal at 18:00 hours - one must never buy ready made food and must set an example and be role models for younger women - it's appaling to see how many younger mums pack the trolleys with boxes of ready made food! |
