Cucumber
4 eggs
450g (1lb) bacon
Onion
Breadcrumbs mixed with herbs

Bake the flan case blind before filling

Method

1. Line a flan dish with the pastry
2. Cook the onions and the bacon and put into the flan case
3. Top with 4 eggs placed whole in each section
4. Top with breadcrumbs
