Ingredients1 1/2 packets chocolate brioche400g (14oz) good dark chocolate 1/2 litre (1 pint) double cream 55g (2oz) butter 110g (4oz) caster sugar 2 eggs |
Handy HintIs best if kept covered in fridge overnight then baked the next day |

Method1. Place chocolate, butter, cream and sugar in bowl and heat over pan of simmering water, stir until smooth.2. Cool then stir in eggs. 3. Slice brioche in half and arrange in overnproof dish.
