Ingredients

1 1/2 packets chocolate brioche
400g (14oz) good dark chocolate
1/2 litre (1 pint) double cream
55g (2oz) butter
110g (4oz) caster sugar
2 eggs

Handy Hint

Is best if kept covered in fridge overnight then baked the next day

Method

1. Place chocolate, butter, cream and sugar in bowl and heat over pan of simmering water, stir until smooth.
2. Cool then stir in eggs.
3. Slice brioche in half and arrange in overnproof dish. Pour chocolate mixture over. Allow mixture to soak in then bake in oven at 150C until it looks done!

This is very rich and naughty - easy to prepare
